Zumpano Patricios & Popok, PLLC (ZPP) located in Midtown near the Empire State Building, and soon relocating to its new headquarters in its recently acquired building in the heart of Murray Hill near Park Avenue, is the New York Office of Zumpano Patricios, and is focused on the delivery of high impact, value-oriented legal services. We do not strive to occupy either the highest or lowest pricing tiers. We provide our services at a reasonable price. We are very selective about our attorneys and our clientele. The New York Office does not seek to be all things to all people, rather our focus is maintained on the areas of practice we truly enjoy and for individual and companies that we are proud to represent.

We love what we do. We believe that passion and pride in our work are two of the essential ingredients toward extraordinary outcomes for our clients. In an era of high-cost legal service providers and high overhead firms, we have placed our resources toward the heart of our business—the client.

As the New York Office of Zumpano Patricios,  ZPP embraces one firmwide mission—to provide legal service at the highest level of responsiveness for the benefit of our clients. In furtherance of this mission, we bring to bear our values of trust, objectivity, and commitment to our clients. We exist to aggressively represent our clients’ interests, solve their problems, and advocate their positions through focused representation, prudent judgment, as well as clarity and specificity of thought, action, and communication.

Led by Michael S. Popok, a renowned national trial attorney and a former Global Head of Litigation for a diversified Wall Street firm, ZPP, supported by its Zumpano Patricios colleagues nationwide, focuses on litigation and trial work, including select “plaintiff-side” cases, in the areas of business disputes,  breach of contract, gaming, financial services, employment, real estate and construction, entertainment, hospitality and retail, technology/artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, health care, sports betting/gaming, and higher education.  The office’s senior partners, including Mitch Mandell, and Nicholas Rostow, also provide outside general counsel services to a select group of clients.
